Where are your products made?
Due to the current incredibly high material prices and shortages; most components are made overseas. The assembly takes place here in the USA. We’re working diligently to manufacture all parts in the USA in the future.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re happy to replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Please contact info@eifossystems.com to receive a return shipping label.
What’s your return/refund policy?
30 days. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. To return an item; please contact info@eifossystems.com to receive a RMA number. Please do not mail a return without the RMA number.
How do I place an order for more than 20 items?
Please contact info@eifossystems.com to place a bulk oder.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this point we only ship to the USA.
What is your shipping policy?

What are my payment options?
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Your credit card will be billed when the order is placed. Current billing address and phone must be included. The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we will attempt to notify you but also reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
Errors and Omissions
We make every attempt to ensure product details on this website are accurate. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Prices, availability of products, and included accessories are subject to change without notice. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
